Chuck Cecil champions a “NO FEAR” culture to coach and play the game of football with integrity and intensity. A deeply respected leader, teacher and molder of men in a team environment, Chuck has helped produce some of the games’ best defenses and players. The NCAA Hall of Fame Inductee, Academic All-American and former NFL Pro Bowl defensive back has extensive collegiate and professional football coaching experience and offers an unsurpassed commitment to accountability, character and success both on and off of the field.
Chuck and his wife Carrie and their daughter, Charli, believe that to whom much is given, much is expected. Thus, they are dedicated to serving their communities with their time, hearts and resources.
In 2010 the couple completed their home-study in Nashville and opened their doors to inner-city children at risk. They support the Nashville Rescue Mission, Gospel Rescue Mission in Tucson and Ordinary Hero, a 510c3 that partners with impoverished communities, advocates for the vulnerable and empowers change in the lives of children in need. They also work with Heal the Bay, an environmental nonprofit dedicated to making the coastal waters of the Greater Los Angeles area safe, healthy and clean.
Avid fund raisers, Chuck and Carrie co-founded The Golden Hour Golf Classic benefiting the University of Arizona Athletics and the UA Medical Center’s Level One Trauma Center and co-founded and The Chuck Cecil Scholarship Golf Classic benefitting the University of Arizona’s Athletic Scholarships.
